What do I need to do to sign up for the loyalty program?

Simply sign up for a Brick & Block account on our website. You will automatically gain access to it.



What privilege does the loyalty program offer?

Every purchase you make will entitle you to reward points added to your account. You will be rewarded 1 point for every RM1 spent.



What can I do with the reward points?

Under every item listing, you will see a Points Needed section (pictured in red box) that tells you how many points you will need in order to get the product by only paying in reward points.





How do I redeem the points?

During checkout, you will have the option to apply your reward points under the "What would you like to do next?" section. Assuming you have any reward points, the option to "Use Reward Points" will be presented as an option alongside how many points you currently have (pictured in the red box). When selected, the "POINTS TO USE" section (pictured in the blue box) will appear to let you specify how many points you would like to redeem for your current purchase. Customers may type in their preferred amount and then click on the "Apply Points" button and the corresponding discount will be applied to your order summary.





What if I don't have enough points as indicated in the listing? Can I still use my points to purchase the item?

Yes! You will still be able to apply a partial redemption. For example, if an item costs RM100, the required points will by default be 10000. If the customer has 2000 points currently but only decides to use 1000 points towards the order. They will receive a discount of RM10 (equivalent to 1000 points) and the order summary should now indicate a  total of RM90.



I have placed an order. How soon before I get the reward points?

The reward points will be credited to your account when your order has moved to the "Shipped" status which may be up to 72 hours after you have placed your order and made the payment. If you still do not receive your reward points after the order has been shipped, please contact us via Whatsapp at 017-6399 368 within 30 days and our staff will assist in this matter.


Do I still get reward points when purchasing from Brick & Block's other stores (e.g. Shopee, Lazada)?

Unfortunately, customers will not be entitled to the reward points when purchasing from our other stores. The points can only be earned and redeemed on



Other reward point conditions

  • Brick & Block will not refund points for orders that are canceled. It is the customer's responsibility to complete their payment after an order has been made. Failure to do so within a 24-hours timeframe will result in the cancellation of the order at which point any points redeemed will be forfeited. 
  • The reward points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
  • The reward points are non-transferrable. It can only be accrued and redeemed from the account that made the purchase.
